It was the most pleasant experience I ever had in purchasing a vehicle. The night before I purchased the truck I had gone to another dealership that used the old "bait and switch". Needless to say, I went to Ross Downing quite agitated and on the defensive. The salesman was very honest and professional and he immediately put me at ease. I WILL purchase all of my vehicles in the future from this dealership.

Dusty Posey was great. He was very friendly and personable. The next day, I realized that I only had one set of keys so Dusty located the extra set at the dealership and brought them to my home. Also, Ryan in the F&I department was great. I bought the car before it arrived at the dealership. I signed the loan papers and when the car arrived Ryan told me he had gotten me a better rate. This is great customer service! I would definately recommend Dusty, Ryan, and Dougie. Dougie did the F&I on my husbands truck the day before.

I exceptionally liked the fact that there was no high pressure sales forced upon us, nor did I witness anyone else being pressured. There was a time that I would rather have had oral surgery without painkillers than to visit a new car showroom. Some are still uncomfortable to me but , I believe most are finding that being up-front and honest with people is more satisfying and just as rewardable. After all, with today's information available on the Internet, if one does his research, he should know approximately what to expect to pay for a vehicle before arriving at the dealership. I'm certain that dealerships still have some tricks up their sleeves but, as long as the dealership is only trying to make a well deserved profit from selling a good product and service and not trying to retire very well off on one sale then that is American enterprise at it's best, in my opinion.

This is the second time in the same year I have purchased a vehicle from Ross Downing. As before, I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. I appreciate the fact that Ross Downing places their inventory online with the applicable stock numbers in coordination with newspaper ads with accurate "will sell for" pricing. Great for Sunday shoppers and allows legitimate customers to zero in on a few vehicles for potential purchase during business hours. This business practice saves time for the customer, the sales associate, the finance manager and the dealer management. Kim did a great job.
